Awards will be conferred on the winners at a five star, gala banquet-style event to be held on 23rd April in Dar-es-Salaam-Tanzania. This is billed to be the biggest gathering of extraordinarily capable and accomplished Africa domiciled professional men and women ever convened.

The strictly by invitation event will be attended by the winners and their guests, executives from various professional associations at national, regional and global levels, some top sovereign government and multilateral institutions executives, selected civil society leaders from around the continent, representatives of the diplomatic corps resident in Africa and the international media among others. It will therefore provide attending professionals a unique opportunity network with their most exemplary counterparts from all over the continent as well as wider stakeholders in their professional activities, again on a continental level, including executives of international associations they belong to.

Winners will be required to commit to personally attending the awards conferment ceremony in Tanzania. In certain circumstances however awardees could send senior level representatives, acceptable to the organizers. This would be evaluated on a case by case basis. This condition is to ensure the credibility and success of the scheme’s flagship event in the eyes of stakeholders and the general public across Africa.

Attendees at the event will be required to reserve tables for themselves and their respective entourages to enable the organizers make the necessary arrangements for hosting them. Attendees would also be required to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements. However the organizers will make arrangements that will allow attendees enjoy significant discounts on airfares and hotel accommodation should they accept to use the services of partner airlines and hotels.
